About Bob van der Kamp
Bob van der Kamp practices law since 1998. After finalizing his law and economics studies in London (United Kingdom) and Utrecht (the Netherlands), he worked in the international law field and management consultancy business for many years. During this period he developed a focus on healthcare and peripheral markets (among which nutrition and (medical) technology). Besides corporate law, Bob is specialized in healthcare, with a focus on the financing of and the cooperation in the healthcare sector. He is also engaged in compensation cases, market access issues and litigating on purchasing disputes. Bob is an advisor for clients in the public and private (healthcare) sector. Besides litigating he advises on healthcare laws and regulations, drafting partnership agreements for medical specialists, admission agreements, sale and purchase agreements and several other contracts in the healthcare sector. Bob also assists clients that enter into a merger, acquisition or joint venture.
